DOOM

Game loads "windowed" but I can't fullscreen it.
So, have the latest drivers installed, game runs in the top left corner of the game. Resolution says it's what windows is running at, I change it to various things and it never actually changes its size. Set windows to what the game thinks it was at, still windowed in the corner, and I do have it set to Fullscreen...

Anyone else having this issue or know how to fix it? I'm pretty close to stabby stabby at this rate.

Doesn't work on Windows 10. There doesn't seem to be a tab for Compatibility. The app in Windows only picks up Steam...

I happen to be using Win 10

alt enter at the same time

Alt Enter doesn't seem to work if running a resolution above 1080 & a single monitor, at-least for me that is.
The problem is, the game doesn’t scale properly without disabling the “high DPI settings” option. I couldn’t say if this is true, but perhaps you need to be the PC’s Administrator before the compatibility tab appears.

Set the game to run fullscreen at 1080p. Save settings. Go back into the game's settings. Switch aspect ratio to 32:15 or whatever. Save it. Go back in again and set it back to 16:9. Save it. This snapped the game to fullscreen for me. It persists exiting and restarting the game.

I'm using razer blade 2014 (870M), haven't dled the newest nvidia drivers yet using the previous ones last night.

When Doom is running, right click the icon in the taskbar. Then right-click DOOM in the pop-up menu. Choose Properties. You'll see the Compatibility tab does show up there (unlike the desktop icon). Check the high DPI setting. Close Doom and restart it. Worked for me.
