Instant Reload (explosive shot) isn't working
I've unlocked it and still the next explosive shot takes about 2 or 3 seconds to charge. Is it a bug?

Yeah my shotgun is fully upgraded both ways

Same issue, I just assumed it didn't mean "instant" and more a "few seconds"

Well instant ice tea isn't instant as well, it take a few seconds to dissolve. Real pity because the cluster grenade kicks ass.
