Ok - Assuming the original poster is not a 13 year old Chinese troll, and has a legit issue. Here's your work around.

Google IP address blocks (a series of /16 and /20 supernet's) are blocked on mainland China. This shouldnt be news to you. If you want to play multiplayer, you're going to need to use a reliable proxy service, or ideally a SSTP VPN service. IPSEC and L2TP are easily spotted vpn protocols so you'll want to avoid them.

I'd suggest using 12VPN as a starting point.
