Quite a few of us are, those that think they are running higher than 60fps are just running with vsync off so it's rendering unused frames.

144hz here, none of the window modes get me out of 60 cap :(

it sounds like you are using a TV for a monitor.

yep, hisense 58" k730 4k(it does 4k@60 and 1080p@120, 120 is custom res) was all of £800 and now it's down to £650

Same problem here. ASUS ROG PG279Q 144hz GTX 980 SC ACX 2.0 i7 5820k 16gb DDR4, none of the window modes are putting out my 144hz even though I have it set to that in every way possible. Stuck at 60 hz no matter what I change. PLEASE we need a fix :D

i just used lightboost utiltiy to add 120hz lightboost and 144hz, and deleted the 120hz in cfr.exe. now the only refresh rate i have is 144 hz, nothing else. <3

I have an old Catleap that's overclocked to 120hz, and the game refuses to run above 60hz. If anyone has an actual fix I'd love to hear it.

refreshlock/refreshforce??

I THINK* I run at 90hz on my oc'd 1440P IPSs. I see 90fps with msi afterburner. and everything is smooth. no confirmation that I do indeed have 90hz fullscreen vs 60 though

I was able to solve it by disabling v-sync in-game and forcing it through the control panel with triple-buffering....much smoother experience now and it's maxing my monitor's refresh rate.

vsync off just lets it render unused frames so vsync off isnt a fix, afturburner only shows rendered frames not displayed frames. The only way to know if it is actually displaying more than 60fps on a high rate display is to set it to vsync on and have the game display its framrate. As i say, if i run in windowed with vsync on i get between 70 and 120fps, but in fullscreen and borderless i get 60, if i turn vsync off in full or borderless it renders 70 to 120fps but can only display 60fps
