He's talking about the other weapons in the game you shouldn't be aiming down the sites for any weapon but the sniper rifle in doom your only putting yourself at a disadvantage same with Halo while they added ADS in Halo 5 (don't really know why) if you used it you were at a disadvantage because it slowed you down.

Same is true here in Doom you need to keep moving if you don't your dead. No camping in Doom this aint COD"

I dont know what the paceing of the game has to do with that. I should be able to toggle a scope and not holding down a button making it unnecessary harder to play.

You don't really ADS much in Doom, or aren't encouraged too. ADS is a huge feature in alot of shooters that offer the option to toggle it which is why they do. Don't even know why they gave the Gauss and AR scope mods, totally goes against the pacing of the game.

Sorry... I'm not the one with CoD or mainstream shooters in my library... all shooters in my library are either actually ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ fun or really old as ♥♥♥♥. But whatever, nevermind the fact that you don't need it, nevermind the fact that aim down sights completely defeats the face paced shooter nature of this game. You're not supposed to stop and take aim at the enemies, you do that and you're dead.

sniper rifles have scopes so they get a scope, ironsights don't belong in doom.

ADS is not necessarily aim toggle. Look at the Pistol and Combatshotgun. The mods should work with toggle aswell.

Ironsights are when you don't have a crosshair and you use your guns actual sights, so if you want all guns to zoom you're basically asking for ironsights.

Hmm, yeah didn't think about those. Seems alot of weapons do have sort of 'aim' functions, guess they should of added a toggle. But also, mouse acceleration is auto enabled with no way to turn it off in-game, so they messed a couple of things up. Who knows maybe they'll patch.
