AMD Radeon 6950 can run this game. Well optimized.

Anyone who's got an older rig like mine, game running on all High settings with reflections off at 60 fps, dropping to around 50-55 sometimes, which is no big deal to me. I had to set my resolution to 16:9 and drop resolution scaling to 90, but it looks great to me and runs smoothly. So at least I know I don't need a titan card to play the game. My settings at worst probably look like what the Xbox One is capable of. That's fine with me.

My eyes have always been bad anyway my whole life, so dropping the resolution doesn't phase me much at all. Hope this encourages those with lower end rigs.

I have the same specs exactly, but as of today my game won't even launch, was working fine last night. Usually a driver update would fix this but this card is legacy and doesn't get updates.. Does your game still launch ok?

16:9 is not a resolution and sure as heck are not getting that performance at 1080 even with 90% scaling. you must be at 1280x720 to be getting 60 fps on high. in fact I say there is no way you near 60 fps most of the time even at 720. I have a 750 ti which is quite a bit faster than your 6950 and it gets about 55 fps or so average on high at 1280x720. you must be at 1280x720 with 90% scaling on top that...
