Its a shame to because i was really digging some of the different helmets and color choice combos of gear and what not.
It shouldnt be to hard to merge those customizations with single player than if there are no cutscenes. Not sure the resources would be wasted. But maybe they will add those options latter on down the line. I know its very minor in the grand scheme of the core game itself but it would be nice. Cause I really dont care about having demon armor as a bonus for pre-ordering if i cant use it in the normal game lol.
Dont get me wrong though iv enjoyed the old doom games with the bare minimum soldier green armor look which you couldnt see anyways lol.
I guess the beauty of the PC version will be modding for things like that latter.
Ether way still looking forward to the game. Now if ONLY the Doom 64 would come to PC. That game was ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ awesome! I guess the big problem with that game was it being a Nintendo exclusive at the time.
Oh cool!
Again i know most ppl probably dont give a ♥♥♥♥ but as some one that plays allot of Fallout and other games with character customization its nice to at least have stuff like that.
I think actually, you buy customizations through SnapPoints, free ingame currency you get for playing and creating maps and beating challenges. Thats how Tom made it sound atleast in the Snapmap Stream.
inb4 someone says microtransactions when they clearly said that Snapmap and anything related to it is 100% free
