Can't interact with door control

I am currently making my way through the Lazarus Facilty and after clearing the area I am trying to interact with the screen on the desk to open the door next to it but I never get the prompt saying e to use I tried reloading the check point restarting the game remapping the use button but nothing has worked please help! (Also I posted a screen shot of it on my account if you need to see it)

Some monsters are still alive. It is a lockdown, you have to kill all monsters before proceding. I know you said you have cleared the area but just keep searching. There will be an imp or something hiding away in a corner or that.

As a heads up for the future, it says on the terminal screens if a lockdown is still in effect.

Also, if you can hear heavy metal, you haven't kill all of them yet :)

I am currently on the same place and cannot interact with computer. All monsters are cleared, I have looked twice each corner. No Heavy Metal music, just atmospheric music. Seems to be a bug.

Update: I searched again and again and could not find a solution. So restarted from last save point and did the same as before. Now I can progress. It really looks like a bug occured.
