Spider Mastermind Boss - Flashing face

Hi guys,

I just defeated the spider mastermind boss and its face is flashing, but I have no way of finishing it off? I saw on youtube people are using the BFG to finish it off, but I dont have any ammo left on that so I am totally stuck on what to do next.

Any help much appreciated!

You don't need ammo. It's a glory kill specific to that boss. Just melee it and Doomguy will shoot the BFG down its throat.

By pressing E right? cause I'm pressing it and nothings happening!

If E is your melee key then yes (Mine is F).

If it doesn't work, then it's a bug. You're supposed to glory kill it to win the fight. Like all the bosses of the game.

Sorry I meant F, and I fear its a bug :(

Happens to some people.

You need to restart the game and reload the checkpoint in that case.
