safely delete the non english language files? (5 gigs!!)

Why dont you just try? Move the files to another folder and see if it still works, if it does - delete them. Or just dont give a ♥♥♥♥ about it, its 5GB, what year we have 2001?

On a SSD 5GB is 5GB but i admit that if it's on a 4TB HD .. you kinda don't mind about that 5GB.

I deleted all the foreign languages folder already months ago, yeah it's 5+GB space.
no problems whatsoever, they are not needed if you play english version anyway.
if you do a cache check on steam it will redownload those useless files though.
