Can't get the last secret

I can't get the fifth secret on argent d'nur, I've done everything but still I don't get it, got the collectibles, the classic map, all the secrets from guides, but I still don't have it.

The last secret or the last Doomguy?

The last secret involves activating a skull and backtracking a little.

The last Doomguy comes from beating the last boss.

the last secret is a health pack and bfg ammo, I've collected that secret and I have all doomguys, but there is still one question mark on that level that isn't unlocked for me

the only thing im thinking about is some kind of a glitch, cuz I've done everything internet told me to do and there is nothing

The secret ? are out of order. The "last" secret in the guide there is actually the 4th ?. Check ALL secrets in that level again.
