Complementing the post, I'm playing Doom 2016 snapmaps, single player version and sorted by ratings. The best rated maps run fine, but the less rated ones show this message "there was an error trying to connect to doom online services".
I want to confirm that this problem is global. The last newest map is dated March 2nd for me. Is this true for all of you guys? If so, that means noone can publish maps since then.
Edit: got a response to my ticket requesting dxDiag and msinfo32
