its trying to load _vmtr_dlc5.vmtr but after the last patch this file isnt existing anymore. u just have bought doom 2016? did u have a physical copy with one disk maybe?
u can try to verify the game cache files again, maybe it doesnt have detect all different data before. if it doesnt work u can try to delete the file "gameresources.resources" located in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\DOOM\base\" manually and then verify the game cache files again. sadly its a 8gb file and it will take its time to redownload...
and btw "+r_renderapi" need a 0 or a 1 as value behind ;)
