Any mods that replace the music?

I hate this games music music most of the time. ID needs to get a new music team the current guy at least begged to keep the guitar in and not go fill electronic. But the Wolfenstein games and DOOM's music are meh.

It's either this or going back to Doom's roots and have ambient+blues/jazz. And don't say Doom's soundtrack is supposed to be heavy metal because it's not. Doom 1 and 2 had maybe four rock songs and rest of them were chill blues-inspired stuff or even orchestral.

There's the mod where you turn the music volume in the game to zero and crank up Winamp to play Celine Dion or whatever's on the top 10 up there these days.

Please give me examples of actual trash metal in Doom. Mastermind's theme comes close, but to say that the soundtrack was mostly trash shows how little you have actually played the game. You've clearly just listened to million E1M1 remixes on Youtube and nothing else.

Ambient, sure. Blues? No.

Keep in mind that blues and metal share a lot, but differ in rhythm and construction. There is no blues in the classic Doom soundtrack, or anything really close to blues.
