I can't replay the missions.

Well, I wanna replay some missions with all my upgrades and runes, but I can't, the game doesn't allow me to do that, I can't click on the button to select mission, is that normal?

Are you supposed to be able to? I played this a while ago but didn't go looking for hidden things and regretted it later. Would've like to go back in to levels to get what I missed but didn't think it would make sense story wise so resigned myself to a later playthrough.

You definitely can replay missions with all your unlocks; I've been doing it myself after the beating the game.

You should be able to go Campaign > Save Slot Whatever > Mission Select, then click on a mission you want to play. Does that process not work for you?

I can't hit the button mission select :(

Oh really? That sucks. Not sure why that would happen. My only guess is that maybe you need to beat the game before mission select becomes available, but I assume you've already done that.
