dev mode and save

hi, yeah, i would try god mod becaus i restart and entire mission and don't wan't to do it again
so the big proble is... my Fu..... saved game was empty, plz don't tell me to google it i can't found it anywhere in my damn PC. so i un-install the game but i can't found the doom saved game to be sure to be stock with the dev mod

Using Dev mode to access the god command will cause corrupted save files and prevent game progress. You can't just uninstall n install and expect it to clear your mistake in the 1st place.

You have to remove your user name from the game files to fix your problem. How to do this is here in the forum. You have to do a search to find that thread that tells you how to remove the user name. No one here is going to do your homework. I'm doing you a favor by telling you where your problem is and where to find your fix.

thank's, i didn't know how many trouble it gonna cause... my biggest troubl;e is to find the saved game... and no it's not in the %userprofile%\Saved Games\id Software\DOOM\base

for that i'm really lost. and yes i do my reserch before post here

Thats good to know. Try looking on your C drive, under your PC user name. find the saved games folder/ id softwear/doom/. in there somewhere is where you find the user name file you delete. good luck.

has i already said, i look in the C:\Users\user_name\Saved Games\id Software
there is nothing in this folder, and when i said nothing it's nothing, there is not even a folder nam : save game???? try to understand that

Maybe your not looking in the rite place. I don't see your PC so I don't know how you set up your files. All I can say is goback n do a search in the forums here for the topic that tells you where the folder is.
