hmmm,strange.never had this problem with the game before.although i have heard some peoples antivirus was actually just a bad antivirus.btw what antivirus do you have?
have sent also an email to bethesda who launch the game...

Alternatively, see if there is a way to override the softweare and allow Doom to run anyway.
The last time I found anti-virus software useful was almost 20 years ago when windows was prone to message overlays spamming the system, and malware infecting the system during Windows Updates.
These days you just have to be careful what you click on e.g. stop going on porn sites, stop downloading torrents, stop clicking on bad links in emails, and stop installing all the bloatware and browser hijackers, and you won't need anti-virus software anyway.
