bugged secret on Foundry

I can't unlock the secret for the doomguy in the little box on Foundry. Any ideas?

It shows orange so you've already gotten that one. There's a second one elsewhere.

you can see my radar's blinking as if there's an unlocked secret nearby, and all the guides say Secret #4 is supposed to be there

is Secret #4 something else??

your radar is going to blink/noise wherever a secret should be, even if you already got it. it's sounds dumb but that's the way it is. your map shows that collectible in orange so you've already gotten it.
