Turbine Room

Playing game thru-cannot get beyond Level 3/Furnace/Turbine Room... going on 3 months... also cannot play multi-player... need magic bullets to kill rival doom slayers. Any tips appreciated.

the turbine room your asking about require's the key the dead guy has. he's sitting on the floor after you find the map. if you past him by, the door to the exit will not open. if you have done all this, then you left out, why (more info is needed). tell me that and i'll get you out.

no... turbine room cannot kill elite guards... finish level...

what the 3 hell knights? thats whats holding you back?? use the plasma to stun, rockets next, follow with the shot gun if they get to close and finish with the chain saw. keep 1 in front of the other as a shield, the 1 in the middle will block the fireballs from hitting you. and don't let them close the distance. make them follow you as your backing up. you get 1 kill with the chain saw, use it should your health drop's to 75% and below, w8 to long and there gonna squash you. there are few health paks in that room and you can't get out till there all dead. i hope this is the answer you seek. you can tell me how easy it was when you exit to the argent facility (map 04).

oh i do hope you found the rocket launcher, they will take advantage if you didn't. the super shotgun awaits you in map 04 as does another rocket launcher if you missed this one.

Practice, practice, practice. I know alot of guys who approached this game expecting a CoD-clone (the mechanics) when it is closer to old school Quake or Unreal. In singleplayer, the only time you should stop moving is when everything is dead.
Also, don't *look* directly at your crosshair, but rather look through it, if that makes sense.

All to true, keep in mind this is only map 3, the argent tower is map 05, you will learn how to dbl tap and extend your jump beyond what he does now. it's not hard to do, but there are those few with poor timing skills that get stuck. best guess sez your not one of those.

Nope kiddies... help from the Friendly Steam/Doom Staff requested. No problem on Arcade Mode; pllayed it thru many a time. Possible to Hack and Skip Map 3? Anyone? Have over 400 hours on and offline invested in this...

After +20 attempts the last 2 top bad guys are undefeatable... in the Turbine Room Map 3... stuck I guess... request Steam Help. Can we talk? Have noticed quit a few discrepencies Steam.

No your not stuck, if you found the Argent cell in that map and upgraded the ammo, the chain saw now totals 4, that should be enough to kill both. You also should have 1 of your weapons with 1 side golden. That to in it self is nuff to finish the fight.

Sorry if i sound harsh, but after 20 fail's and no wins, maybe your doing something wrong. Those HK's are not all that tuff, remember like demon's can't hurt each other, so by keeping 1 between you and the other, the 1 in the back can't shoot thru the 1st one. this way your only fighting 1 at a time. see my point? also when they jump they quake the ground try to be in the air when they land and you will suffer less damage. that room is really about how tight movement is use whats there and block there movement

well the fact that youre using bullets to kill in MP might be youre problem. try pellets and lasers

Fists; conserve ammo... anyway... thanks for the advice-Commentors; I am also unable to play Titan Realm all the way thru on Arcade Mode... a Hidden Door Somewhere? Doom and Steam are the Reasons I bought my first PC. Learnt my Lessons alright!
