i cant connect the game without vpn .

It depends of your own location. If you want security I would consider getting VPN which is Norway or Swiss based.

Actually my country dosent put you in jail for using vpn , you can download torrents without vpn even , i just need vpn that will not makes my game lag as f , i just want an average ping like 100 or 150 , thats very enough to me .

Tried that , sadly its very laggy using it , tried it with fighterz as well , its very laggy

Dude do you know how VPNs work? If anything it's only going to increase your ping and lower your throughput. Forget VPN, what you're looking for requires you to change your ISP.
