Bug preventing progression to Samuel Hayden's office

I noticed on my playthrough that the computer you use to open the door to Hayden's office says that the lockdown is activated. So I searched the entire level for enemies, nothing. Then I watched a walkthrough and realized that there were supposed to be more enemies in the room with the computer, so it might be a bug. I also tried restarting the level and the same thing happened.
