If your problem is not finding a sweet spot between high and low sense you should just do a swipe from left to right and adjust your sens so that a full swipe is a full 360, and start the tweaking from there. It took me a few days of trial and error to find my preference so don't be afraid to change every few hours.
TLDR: to remove strain get a big mouse pad , wrap your arm in something or wear a sleeve for your lower arm so you can freely move. If sens is the problem turn a full swipe in to a 360 and trought trial and error find your sweetspot.
up and down, i mean
as you correctly guessed, the problem is not "i can't move my mouse at all" but "i perform not as good as i want to, and i am sure this is a mechanical problem"
yes, this covers left+ right. how about up + down?
no, i am not. i really want to find a solution to improve my "up and down" aiming range.
this is a good idea.
I can move my mouse to the extremities of my screen without moving my arm at all and only moving my wrist a bit and so can most people who are not 90 and/or never used a mouse before. You have had a Seam account since 2004 and you cant use a mouse in a FPS? Not very likely.
lies your hand on the mouse?
I hold my mouse only with my annular finger/ring finger and my thumb. The forefinger and middle finger just stabilized a little but did not hold the mouse.
So i can push and pull the mouse over the half length of the mouse without moving my wrist.
hope you find a solution
it is the same for me. desktop usage is fine, but in shooters, this is a limiting factor.
if u are rly serious u rly should try a mouse pillow. its very nice to use if u put it under ur arm near the elbow!
something like this... its cheap and the best solution for ur issue

Hahahahhahahha.
So when I need to transverse up and down I convert to claw grip and using just the tip of
all 5 fingers can move freely up or down. Try one of these, pretty damn good---->

I
Don't have to move your hand at all with some of these.
how do you usually play shooting games? or do you mostly play console? just curious?
also it takes time to get used to pc aiming with a mouse if ur not used to it u will get a tired arm and stuff and feel umcomfortable
THIS.
Use a controller if you are seem completely unable to use a mouse. It should be intuitive and of it isn't stop trying to force it an accept it's not for you.
It's as if your right handed and your trying to write right handed as that's what you hear your supposed to do. Just do what is natural and flows well for you and don't force something that is not natural for you!
