How do you boot the game into Snapmap?

Personally I adore snapmap in Doom 2016, it's fun to play and a great little time waster making stuff. However I absolutely despise having to wait for the whole game to load a second time just to get into it - which puts a damper on my enjoyment for snapmap. Before update 6.66, you could easily go into the game properties and type into the game's launch options "+com_gameMode 3" and that would boot straight into the mode for me which was a godsend but ever since then I've not found a way to make that happen thus why I've been playing so little Doom 2016 as of late.

I've been scouring the forums and every possible search I make comes up with everything except the help I'm actually looking for. If anyone can let me know how to get the game to boot straight into snapmap from the start then I would greatly appreciate it because I really want to make more content for the game before Doom Eternal releases.

Unfortunately that doesn't work for me. It just goes straight into the campaign.

yep and it isnt 1,2 and 3 anymore, its 0,1 and 2 ;)

Thank you so much! +com_gameType 1 absolutely worked. I would have tried different things with trial and error but it just takes too damn long to load the game in and got extremely tedious so I appreciate the help a ton guys <3
