No. This is intended to be a mature, hard-M game with gallons of blood and gore. There might be a mod that changes it to something more family-friendly but you will have to dig VERY deep for it.

Even the "family friendly" mod just turns gore into confetti, all the rest of the violence still there and, well, less if some mod change the animation and prevent death scenes to pop-up, it will always still something mature despite all the tries.

Tbh, it dont even make sense if you take the gore away (but the confetti can be hilarious in the video, also the idiocy devs already made with when you stun demons that cartoonish effect pop up, a "confetti" instead of gore would make sense).

Yeah, let's just have a toggle in the menus that redoes 90% of the artwork in this game because a few special little snowflakes don't like the sight of red in a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ video game about RIPPING AND TEARING HUGE GUTS OUT OF DEMONS. I'm sure the people constantly ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and moaning about download sizes would absolutely LOVE downloading a game with twice the art assets.

But yes... lecture me some more about how a few games that let you turn off some particle effects and a few decals is equivalent to turning off the blood in a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ DOOM GAME, oh ye of great knowledge in ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥...

Some of us have kids. I play at night with blood on, but if the little ones are around, its nice to be able to turn off gore, or at least change blood color. Its a legitimate question, calm down everyone.

Between the basic action and the environment with corpses laying about or strung up, whole or dismembered, skulls with or without the eyes sitll in them, pools or streaks of blood from the invasion that already happened. I would suggest avoiding this one if that's a concern.

Don't really care about gore but pushing my limits ABIT with 18s marked extreme violence and came to wonder if you could turn it down just even a bit
