Advanced Rersearch Complex - Secret 5 not showing as complete [SOLVED]

So I'm pretty sure I've done all the secrets for Advanced Research Complex, but the fifth "?" still shows as grayed out. According to a guide I found, I believe that is supposed to be for the doll collectible that you can see in the screenshot. As you can also see in the screenshot, I've already gotten that collectible.

When I go to that area now, the Secret Sense upgrade makes it so that the compass pulses while a beeping occurs, but it happens indefinitely and I never see "secret found." When I first got this collectible, I died a bunch of times right after trying to get to the nearby lever. That's the only thing I can think of that would make it so the secret didn't register.

Does anyone know for sure if that fifth "?" is supposed to be that doll I definitely already got? In which case, I guess this would have to be a bug, but if not, anyone know what I might be missing?

Yeah, I just checked another one and according to it secret 5 is the classic map, I haven't seen one where they actually show you which "?" you're getting, so it's hard to tell if when they say "secret #5" if they actually mean the one for the fifth "?" on the info screen.

I definitely unlocked the classic map and went through it, but maybe that's the one that didn't register. I'll have to try it again later.

Also it seems weird to me that the Secret Sense pulse and noise still happens by where that doll was. Then again, that was actually the first time I never noticed it for any secret area.

You might have missed the mega health rune on top of the opening lid entrance before going to the two huge fans.

That was the one. I think I noticed I hadn't got it on the map, but I forgot some powerups are in secret areas and managed to gloss right over that part in guides.

Thank you so much. The "?" secret #5 is the mega health behind some pipes you can get to from top of the platforms in the middle after the 2nd Gore Nest. :D
