The end of map profile tells me that I have missed the final secret yet I went back and forth over the map trying top find it. Nothing is shown in the automap. I am assuming it is the last secret as the 6th question mark is greyed out.
Anyone any ide what this might be?

The 6th secret is the classic level In the area when you meet your first Barons of hell,
at the end of the cave should be a lever, activate it, go back to the entrance of the area, the classic level's door is under a bridge of stone

If you already unlocked it, then it's a bug.

Thanks mate, it was that, I thought I had pulled the lever which I may have done but I did not go down to the level.
