I cant find the last ? anywhere and I have every collectable. what am I missing?

yep, secret room and all collectables, I read that secret 6 is the 2nd monologue stone thing but I've found it twice, can't figure out what I'm missing

Did you exit the map? If not then turn at the 2nd stone thats the last secret.

would I not have got it by interacting with it?

there is the last 200 hp n armor, and you did say you got both doom slayer idols, yes. go back n check. if not then its in the final room where you need 20 kills i think. answer those questions for me n we go from there

it's very easy to forget. but if you save it to the end you take it with you into the next map.
