Secret 6 Didn't register

Hello Hello, I've done two playthroughs of the level "Argent Facility (Destroyed)". On my first run, I'd obtained secrets 1,2, 4 and 5, 6. But the 6th, the second Doomguy, didn't register properly. on my second playthrough, I returned to this spot after obtaining Secret 3, and found there was no Doomguy, nor a "Secret Found" marker, and it still remained locked.

Any suggestions on how to fix this, or should I leave the completionist playthrough for another day?

I assume you completed the level? Because you need to complete a level in order to register the secret. If you did so, then check this out... http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/819505-doom/73755074

Found it, unfortunately the punchline is that, despite having opened the secret level gate, I did not travel far enough into it to recieve the notification, and for some reason that was listed as secret 6 in sequence...

Worse yet, managed to get a blue screen and lose the last two days worth of effort on a Cloud error, well, such is life.

To wit, I mean Secret 1 was listed under secret marker 6, which is, odd to say the least
