How can i get to the BFG, is this a bug?

I see the BFG, there is some laser system active, i just cant do anything.
Did i break the game?

Open the door, enter the room, jump on the top of the center piece, there are 4 platforms around the room, when they level out, jump to any one you want. follow the red lites and shoot the red bulb at the top. easy huh?? tell me when it's done. and no its not a bug.

I dont know about stuff like this. I mean its doom, give me a gun let me shoot demons.
Doom doesnt need this kind of mini puzzle in my humble opinion.

its the only puzzle in the game, and what did you think getting the BFG was gonna be easy??
if it was easy girls would play it. just think your but 5 battles away to the cyber-demon. and
don't waste the BFG ammo.

There a girls playing this. And they are better then you and me.
And i think i wasted the BFG ammo already, typical me i guess.

it was a joke about girls playing. if you did any of the ruin challanges (the 3rd one) complete it and demons wil drop BFG ammo. here's a hint. standing at the door to the cyber-demon all weapons should be golden on one side, 2 should be complete. only 2 argent cells remain, and will be complete b4 you reach the hell guards. oh don't waste BFG ammo in the 1st round with the cyber-demon. die nuff times you'll know why.

You can kill Cyber Demon 1 easy enough, with Super Shotgun. Don't waste BFG or Gauss Ammo.

For anyone new, firing Gauss Siege Mode into Cyber Demons back, takes lumps off him.

Like body armor in combat, demons suffer the same fate, it only protects the front never the back.

Some will, most don't, i'ts often easier to throw it out and ask. some help, others don't. Whats in it for you if you help? A simple thank you is the going rate these dayz. low cost, high milage.
