Czech dubbing is... not working

So when I downloaded the game I decided to play more "authentically" and choose the Czech Dubbing. And it's just now working. The voices of the hero and his father are not exist. I only heard the mother's voice but I had a feeling that is was recorded in the garage via smartphone. Does anyone else had this problem? Did you found out how to fix it?

I encountered no problems with Czech dub so far, but now I have a problem to report. A significant portion of Johanka's questline in Woman's Lot has broken VA. The tailor's wife seems like her lines are badly timed - cuts out in nonsense places, starts another line with an obvious cutoff, subtitles say one thing and the voice line is of adequate length, but the words are from a different part of dialogue etc.; the merchant also has cut audio (Go tell that to Johanka!/Tak to řekni Johance speech check success, second line, second sentence cuts off after second word abruptly)

Next is not a bug, but a translation issue. Voice lines that were added significantly later than others will often have faulty T-V distinction (while Henry in both the subtitles and voice usually uses the tu form to refer to Radzig etc, sometimes the VA uses vos form). Similarly, when the other side of the conversation is female, sometimes Henry will talk to them using masculine grammatical gender (Johanka again being an example). This leads me to believe that the voice lines and subtitles are two separate translations, and the voice line translator didn't have context clues while the subtitle translator did.

I'm very glad I didn't encounter any problems like that during Henry's interaction with the tailor, because that was comedy gold.
