Hare Hunt - Can't talk to Jake Piper

It is impossible to interact with him after "interrogating" Margaret to reveal her secrets. Quest marker still leaves these objectives undone:
- Talk to Jake Piper
- Find out what happened to Thomas from the bathhouse

Even if I found the carcass buried there's still no more dialogue from Jake that proceeds to Radan the charcoal burner all because the objective "Ask around the village" is ended by talking to Margaret.

It is not exactly a gamebreaker, but as a completionist, it is. ^^

UPDATE:
A workaround for the bug is to start the quest by talking to Olena, then head to Betty to get the location of the feast. Once the carcass has been found, go straight to Jake Piper and the quest can continue normally.

Speaking to Margaret and revealing her secret will prevent you from interacting with Jake Piper.

problem is u cant talk to olena after the first time
