(Solved) Mouse Wheel going crazy

So everything was fine 40 minutes ago when I was playing KCD until I closed the game.
But now every time I tboot it up the mouse keeps scrolling endlessly in the dialog sections, making it unplayble.
The problem appears to be with the KCD game alone, this phenomenom doesn't occurs when I'm using neither google or something else

EDIT: I just uninstalled the game, did a full reset on my pc, and the issue dissapeared

I uninstalled the game and still have the same issue
