Bernard sleeping

Bernard keeps sleeping or riding a horse and I cannot talk to him and give him 60 potions against sleeping.
This happens during Siege quest.

Same here. As a workaround, shortly after loading game he is awake. In the camp there is a commander's tent where you can go sleep and save game (or you can use schnapps).
After loading just rush to talk to him before he falls asleep.

This quest is even more bugged I recommend you to save the game more often. You can also get stuck when you need to shot with the catapult.

He was constantly sleeping for me. The only solution I found was to shoot him in the arse and the pay a 200 groschen fine. After that he talked to me fine, obviously.

Same. I was kinda happy to shoot an arrow in his ar$e though. Took me hours to make all those freaking potions and then Cpt. Bernie doesn't even talk to me.

Lol, playing in november 2019 and this same bug still happens. Both the loading thing and shooting him in the ar$e worked though. Big F for how buggy this game has been throughout the years. Up yours Warhorse Studios, you pi$$ me off.

Still a problem :) It's not super important bug, but from all preparations to siege I would gladly make some potions to help.

The solution doesn't work, he's still sleeping for me even right after loading. I can't shoot him either, the game doesn't let me

This bug still exist, I just played that quest. You can't shoot him from very close, so take some distance. Other thing i've noticed: if you save first, shoot and pay the fine and then load the game, he will be awake

Stupid bug...I'm very annoyed by that.
I shot my bow right next to him and paid him a fine. And I was able to talk to him afterwards.

Same... Loading did not work so I ended up shooting him. I want my 200 groschen back!

Shoot near him with an arrow, pay the 200 fine, wait an hour and then he will go back to normal
