Devil´s skull is missing
Can´t find the devil´s skull. There is nothing to find :(

I also thought it was missing, but it's just well hidden. If I remember well, just check all the riverside, right where earth and water get in touch

the same thing happened to me, i know exactly where it is supposed to be and what it looks like. i go to the spot it is supposed to be and there is nothing.

yes, in the end i downloaded a mod that allowed me add the skull to my inventory using a console command.

its near a river, I found a video on youtube, its hanging in some dirt close to the river

It's missing in my game as well. I hoped it would turn up after the last patch, where they fixed a bunch of dead NPCs, but no luck. I'm going to file a bug in their ticketing system.

The patch doesnt fix old saves, you have to start a new game
