"Lords of Leipa pourpoint" incorrectly used as shirt.

The "lords of leipa pourpoint" is an overcoat meant to be worn over shirts and jackets in cities and it is described as such in the item description, however the item is equipped in the shirt/torso-undergarment slot.
Very low priority bug, but now I cant get very high charisma stat when posing as a Rattay nobleman because i have to choose between my high charisma shirt from stephanie and the leipa overcoat.
