PSA: Inform Sir Radzig IMMEDIATELY once prompted to in Questions and Answers

This game is riddled with bugs but they tend to range from smirk-inducing to mildly annoying. This is the first actual game-breaking bug I've found. I completed the main quest Questions and Answers by being a merciful boy (I spared the bandit from the villagers and Straw, taking him to the Rattay dungeon) and upon receiving the autosave "Questions and Answers - Inform Sir Radzig" I then proceeded to catch up roughly 3 hours worth of sidequests. When I was done and I went to inform him, he would tell me he needed to talk to me, but would then walk away. Furthermore, when I caught up to him and tried talking, the conversation would move as if I hadn't already dealt with the Merjohed situation. I looked around and this is apparently a big problem a lot of people have had, and it took a while to find the solution:

Talk to Sir Radzig IMMEDIATELY. If you did not, it is likely the quest will break on you. To fix the quest, you will need to reload to the autosave "Questions and Answers - Inform Sir Radzig".

It took me a while to find this solution, and losing 3 hours to a bug is just a little bit annoying. I hope that people will see this so that they don't make the same mistake I did, and hopefully WH will fix this asap.
