[SPOILERS] Quest bugs : A rock and a hard place / Gallows brothers

Rock and a hard place:
you cannot tell Matthew when to strike, after you find out from the Talmberg groom. The quest marker switches to him, it tells you to report your findings, but when you talk to him the option does not appear. I also poisoned the horses and convinced Robard to send less men. Matthew and Fritz never move towards the quarry, although they say they will go recon the place. This happens with and without "Gallows brothers" active.

Gallows brothers :
if you snitch your friends to Robard, you are told to go to the quarry and witness the robbery. The robbery never happens, i waited for 3 days, and Matthew and Fritz are still at the Glade Inn. This happens with and without "A rock and a hard place" active; i even told them i won't take part, they answered they'll do the heist without me, and still they never do it.

yup, something about these quests seems off. i slept in bed at the glade inn, saving just before speaking to anyone there, and ive ran through multiple attempts/configurations, nothings worked yet. Also, the money that you supposed to be able to steal is not in the chest i've seen it in, in other peoples videos.

1.5 Gallow Brothers still impossible to complete by "good" path. Robbery don't starting.

looks like i must to complete ALL dialogs about preparation, and then betray friends only in last moment.
