Can't sit with Father Godwin

I cannot sit down at the table across from Father Godwin during the mysterious ways quest. I even tried to go into the tavern hours before he showed up and waited, but I still couldn't sit on the bench in order to get to the next part of the quest.

Aye, same issue here - several reloads even and naught to do about it.

I ran into this one and figured out the problem and solution. If you have the Dance with the Devil quest, or whatever the name is, at a certain point (It seems at least after you speak with the Girls and get the part of the quest to follow them into the woods) it breaks the seats temporarily for some reason until you finish the Dance with the Devil quest. I think at some point that was part of the main story or an alternative way to get Godwin to give you the information about Limpy.

Load back to a save before you speak with Godwin about lubosh and finish the dance with the devil quest (Since you have to follow the women out at night and the Godwin quest is time sensitive). A good way to check if the godwin part is broken is to go to the tavern and see if you can sit at that bench during the day time.

Dance with the Devil is honestly one of the better quests so you should do it regardless.

Yeah, no, that's not the case for me - reloaded a save prior to arrival at Uzhitz, and went straight to the Inn and the table in question, and cannot sit there.

Was able to finally sit down, by "running over" the table and bench in question over and over again until the hitbox changed somehow and the "sit" option was revealed. Then, I talked to Godwin, went back and sat and read until dusk, stood up, talked to him, and the quest continued!
