Inventory items randomly disappearing

Jesus Christ be praised.
Has anyone else experienced this yet?
I had about 200 units of boar meat in my inventory. I cooked it and wanted to sell it to a trader in Rattay. However, when I got there it was missing.
I thought I may have put it in my horse's inventory but Pebbles didn't have it either.
Where the hell could all that boar meat have gone?

I have, my shields keep disapearing. I am sure other things have too but those I have noticed for sure.

I noticed a couple times it was actually me trying to send items to my horse, but was actually dropping them and leaving them.

However, I know items are randomly disappearing from inventory. It really sucks and I hope it gets fixed.
Perhaps we need to start recording gameplay of the event happening. If anyone can do this that would be awesome. Then the bug will definitely get fixed (if it's fixable).

Ok I eventually got an idea where those missing items are.
They are hidden in that damed third bird cage I couldn't find.... :D

So far i have had disappear are the ravens beak, nobles sword and the top shield. They were in my chest in my house and now they are not. The game keeps randomly removing items from my inventory unless they are currently equipped.

When I get time to play the game again I'll try to test this issue out myself.
Also double check and make sure the item is 100% in the chest before you leave it, and leave a save there.
I don't know how common this issue is. My guess is that it's rare.

I know it might be silly, but also double check you aren't dropping the items from your inventory completely. If I remember right the Drop and Store key are binded to the same key, except one is held down.
I know it's silly, but that was the problem for me in some cases.

Maybe they get "randomly" stolen by someone... Joke's aside - Anyone knows if this has been reoslved yet? I have recently started the game and have arrived in rattay now. :)

Not yet resolved.
I was collecting gears of guards in Skalitz by nocking out them. Store all their gears to my chest, one guard's after another's.
I've noticed that only some of guards wake up naked. The others, I guess, magically taking their gears back, because, I never have more then 4 suite of armor after a very long collection.

My theory is npc do respawn with their gears back as long as those gears are not loaded in memory but in disk(e.g. a chest far from you). Killing instead of knocking them out only make the respawn cooldown much longer.

Which make me wonder, whether those items you guys missing were ever belong to any nameless npc(s)?

This must be it, the last items that disappeared from my inventory (non-equipped and equipped) were items I stole from the armoursmith in Rattay. Seems like wearing armour/using weapons you stole is not a reliable way to play the game. Probably gotta sell everything you steal and buy the items you're going to use

Jesus. This is one hell of a bug if that's the case. I had nearly 2,000 groschen worth of arrows in my horse's saddlebags. Went to kill some bandits and all of my arrows were missing. Super frustrating
