Weapon Disappears After The Rattay Tourney

Hey Guys, I don´t know why but my Main-Weapon disappears everytime I do the Tournament, but I must say that my Weapon is the sword you get from Ulrich the german knight (Sword of the robber baron). Is this a feature of this Weapon, because it's stolen when you get it and, even if you have it so long that it's didn't marked as stolen anymore, It will be stolen from another, what's strange because if I but it in my Horse its gone, in my chest at the castle of Hanusch its gone, it sucked out of my inventory, even selling it, to rebuy it latter doesn't worked. Is it gone forever now?
