If you can't beat 'em (Optional mission won't complete)

Hello, I can't complete the Optional mission (Help Johanka with treating patients).

I did her side quest (In God's Hands) and the game says that it's over, I helped her but the optional mission won't complete. I have searched on the Internet and I found that I need to complete the Quest about Merhjoed and the plague when I had to wait for the results. Done it.

Still, the optional mission won't complete. I have to mention that I have the DLC "Tresures of the past" do I have to complete that too in order to complete the Optional mission? I know that the mission it's optional but I want to do it.

Update 1: I did the DLC quest. I saved her but now, I can't find her.

Update 2: Even Matthias recovered. The optional mission is not completed. I've done even the DLC.

Hello friend, I'm currently having the exact same problem, even after successfully completing the "In God's hands" side quest, the optional objective from the main quest won't complete. I know it has been a long time but have you come with a solution?

Unfortunately, I didn't solve the problem.

As far as I can remember, if you go to the next Chapter the quest will disappear but it will show up in the list of failed quests :( . So you will fail it with not way of going back.

I did a similar post on Reddit and we concluded that it must be a bug with the optional objective. I will just follow up the story and hope that this is the case.

i think they abandoned game complitely and just sell "soap" now. i have so many bug reports but never resived an answer or saw changes in old patches, and thay still present.... so, nothing we can do here
