Sir Radzig's horse lost in the middle of Bohemia

In my current hardcore run through I've gotten past the monastery and am about to send Henry to explore Vranik.

I keep running into this horse parked in the middle of a country path between the overlook on the cliffs near Talmberg and the windmill outside Merhojed.

Sir Radzig himself is walking around Rattay, sometimes in Pirkstein and sometimes in the main castle. (That's where he was when Henry reported to him just before joining the Sasau monastery). If Sir Radzig's horse should be parked anywhere, it should be in the courtyard at Pirkstein, not miles away at Merhojed.

This happened to me as well. After Battle of Pribislavitz and killing Runt I was on my way from Rattay to Merhojed to investigate bandit raid and I've encountered Radzig's horse near Ledeck. Without Radzig obviously.
