If you can't beat em bugged

Booted the game up after a few months.

I talk to everyone but nobody wants to tell me who's counterfeitibg money. Talked to the in keepers, the bailiff, the tanner and Simon.
Simon has no dialogue, I beat the people at the house of the tanner and it still says in the objective menu that I need to take care of them. It is also the last objective marker I have.
I read you need to go the church at night and pray but it doesn't work. There is also no men with broken leg at the infirmary.

I've had this problem for a long time so I did some side quests hoping to finish it later but I can't find anything.
Is there a shortcut to the end?
My playthrough is now at 150 hours so If I'm not able to finish this I'm just gonna uninstall.

Do you talk to punch after beating him? he should tell you about the church thing after the fight

I cant finish this mission as well, this stupid bug broke the main mission. The guy with broken leg is not there. I settle the brawl by lying to the tanner and slip the money, then nothing

He dissappeared the next night and appeared like a week later

Try to visit them again the next night, he suddenly appeared again after a few days

Npcs hide sometimes ......You never seen radzigs horse standing in the middle of the forest obviously no where near him lol ......Thats the charm of the game they dont care about your quest

No really tho I have been here many times with the game and it always turned out to be something I missed ...so far

I went back to the ring maybe about 20 actual hours at night, and they suddenly were having an argument. After I fought them they didn't show the next night

I mean i just completed "Robber baron" right now with zero issues and this is supposedly one of the "most bugged" quests

Same for me. I even slaughtered them all after they agreed to leave and it still finished bug free.

Lots of the inconsistent Bugs seem to be "relative" - some people seem to consistently have most of the problems, and i really think it has a lot to do with playstyle, like not paying attention to instructions, and then other non-game-code-related issues like mods, cloud saves, etc.

There are definitely bugs in KCD, but since i'm old-school, i don't really consider it a problem for me if a simple game reload, or even a PC reboot and game reload will fix it. Windows OS has been like that since the beginning - save early - save often. (KCD Ultimate Sav mod)

Yr, but I didn't want to reload a save that was over 30 hours long, since I hoped to complete later. But it worked in the end

Hello guys first of all im sorry for my english level. So im stuck in this quest i talk everyone and ı cant heal the guy in church and dont find the brawlers ı wait in inn like 20.00 to 22.00 they are not coming and the inn kepeer says "they are not here ı m glad with that". So what sholud ı do next.

They are not brawling at an inn, they are brawling by the tanner, I believe. It's behind the church
