I have completed the prisoner in Mrchojedy task, but Seagull Kobyla is not at the viewpoint near Talmberk.
He is stuck on a horse in a roadside corral. You can't talk to him. It's just that when I shoot at him, he gets off his horse and answers my question about the Scavengers now not on the spot.
I've been to the lookout point near Talmberk several times, and the Kobyla Seagull has never been there. I do not know what do with it. I have 200h recorded in KCD and I would like to finish the game.

have you tried restarting the game ? reloading a previous save ?

it sounds like some random instance where radzig got stuck... ???

maybe skipping a day - leaving the Zone completely for 24 hours (like go to Rattay ) ?
