Nope.
Theres a twist when you to the barber or the gilrs baths and ask for a shave you can select different trims and one that seems to give a beard lol

no. beard growth is not in the game.


default facial hair of the character is a stubble.



the only way to have an actual beard is to go to a vendor. which is at bath houses and pay for hair cut.

you can change henrys hair and facial hair in this manor with the options available.

but no hair growth is not in this game. (there is a mod for it however I dont know how well it works never used it.)

You can also change his hair style, but the default is the nicest.
