Can't find Florian.

Okay so I saved Florian's girlfriend. He payed me for it but it seems that to find out who is counterfeiting the coins I need to speak with Florian again but I can't find him. It seems that I can't progress in the main quest without Florian. Am I missing something or is there another way to progress?

You checked the same place where you found him and he's missing?

After saving the girl, Florian gives more information and informs Henry of his handler, Rapota. Rapota can be found about town in Sassau, supposedly keeping an eye on Florian. You can try finding him. I think the options are to either pass a speech check to get more info from him, or possibly sneakily follow him? Also i seem to recall him trying to run away, once he noticed me.

I did find Rapota but there is no option to speak with him. I think I have to speak with Florian first. I hope I can finish the game. I have loads of hours in it.

After doing some searches, I don't think I can finish this game. Florian seems to be bugged, and I'm not starting all over again. I have over 100 hours in Kingdom Come. Really disappointing. It makes me not want to get the new one.....sad.

Did you talk to the gf that was kidnapped? also you should be able to skip all this and find the the counterfeit base. it's near the area where you found the kidnapped girl

I have spoken with Esther. I know where the counterfeiting mine is but the last time I was there it was empty. I think I need to speak with Florian to get the mine populated. I looked it up, and it said that I can't finish the game without speaking with Florian. I'm verifying the files now but if that doesn't work I'll be gutted.

I might try talking to Radzig and/or Ulrich and/or Freyfar... basically anyone that's related to the quest to see if that triggers anything.

Btw, did you see if Florian went back to work, perhaps back to the engraver's workshop?

Florian did go back to the engraver's shop. I don't know where Ulrich or Freyfar is. Do you?

Ulrich is either hanging around the Inn near the Monastery, unless Henry already talked to him. If Henry talked to him, then he's a ways Northward at a camp, just before entering the forest NW of the Monastery.

I think Freyfar is at the Sassou Rathous / Scribe at this point?

I think I got it. I had to talk to sir Rdzig first. He tells me to meet with Feyfar. I'm crossing my fingers..lol

Feyfar sent me to investigate the mine but after i completed the mission he just paid me and sent me on my way. I'm stuck again. I'll try to find Ulrich.

lol. You did a different sidequest which I think was King's silver.

What are your current objectives in the game? Florian is an optional objective. Once I found out about Rapota from other objectives during that quest, I was able to talk to him in town and caught him to progress with the quest.
I did this in my 3rd playthrough where I never even talked with Florian and never saved his gf.
