is vranik the point of no return?

im at the quest where it says certain side quests will be locked out if i continue, so i was wondering, is MOST of the quests from here on in vranik and part of the bigger battle until the end, or is it just a mid section where i cant do certain side quests for awhile then come back later and do them again. a point of no return is nice because i can clean up and do all i want slowly until im ready

Not all quests. Talmberg quests for example won't be available. There is a list of changes on KCD1 wiki.
