Cutscenes Freeze for 30+ Seconds

I’m experiencing an issue with cutscenes in Kingdom Come: Deliverance. My PC specs:

CPU: i9-9900KF
GPU: RTX 3080
RAM: 32 GB
Resolution: 2560x1440 (2K)
Win 11
During gameplay, cutscenes occasionally freeze for a few seconds, and sometimes for as long as 30+ seconds. At the same time:

The frame rate in cutscenes varies (30, 60, or even 90 FPS).
Gameplay before and after the cutscenes runs perfectly fine.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

Verified game files via Steam.
Updated GPU drivers to the latest version.
Disabled G-SYNC and vertical sync (V-Sync).
Reduced graphics settings, including texture quality and draw distance.
Closed all unnecessary background programs and services.
The issue persists. Does anyone have any solutions or recommendations to fix these cutscene freezes? Could this be a game-related problem?

try setting to "Borderless WIndow" or Vsync On as a test

there's a known problem with NVIDIA's "sync" and the way the game handles the graphics transition

if ur problem is related, either setting should fix it
