Beer or wine bibber?

Most I find on cummies is wine. Never beer. But Czech was big on Beer so.. your choice.

Some quests involve drinking. Savior Schnapps is an alcoholic beverage. There's a lockpicking perk at level 6, that allows drunk Henry to pick any lock, apparently. Also, it seems that it's possible for Henry to drink so much he passes out and he'll get looted? iono. Maybe it's got role play value?

I did have some fun walking around as a Drunk Henry, it was different.

Some perks, i just ignore, cuz i dont understand their use.

In general whine bibber is better because is more common to find around, especially when looting corpses. And good and normal wine don`t spoil. The only moment that`s bad to have the perk is that will prevent you to gain one achievement.

Beer Bibber since there are quests related to being able to drink more beer than other people

It doesn't really matter which one you choose. Wine bibber is probably slightly better as wine is more common, but if you have a high drinking stat, it doesn't really make a difference.

Fine wine is a useful tool since gives positive hp, food, and energy - whereas beer only has positive food value.

Always pick 'Beer Bibber' since you need drink more beer before getting drunk. So when lock picking the effect is just long enough to open a few locks. If you want to fast travel home you can drink wine, but make sure to have the 'Safe Passage' perk.

It doesn't really matter which one you choose. If your drinking stat is well into the double digits, you can guzzle both like Keith Richard, no matter what perk you chose. Drinking is easy to level. Just down a stiff drink every time before you go to sleep and you can easily sleep off the hangover,

There are some quests you cannot "solve" without drinking leveled at least a bit... (DLC quests come to mind which failed because I have drinking 1...) so, it is not "useless" but... I dont get why it is a must as well :D

True, but that's assuming you do the DLC, build a tavern, and then build a brewery.
