Help me with the achievement

I finished the DLC The Amorous Adventures of Bold Sir Hans Capon, specifically the No Rest for the Wicked quest, but I didn’t get Achievement " Ledetchko Revenant " achievement.
How am I supposed to unlock it ? Where did I go wrong? I have no option to talk with fritz and Mat

To get "Ledetchko Revenant", you have to do basically all mandatory plus some optional thing you can in the quest so that the villagers get scared the most.
For example, did you talk with the Bailiff. The bailiff will tell you about some people who are some good for nothing camping nearby?
You can convince these people to scare the villagers.
You can also use spoiled egg in the well of the village. A grocer hinted me or some other villager about how terrible the smell of rotten egg is.

That is how I got the achievement.

It's not necessary to talk with Fritz and Matthew to get the achievement.

Interesting, I never had this option in conversation - only different variations of *get lost*.

They will tell you to get lost. Because their camp is marked as a private area. But in this game, you can still enter private area, talk with people and leave quickly.
I have actually done this a number of time to talk with npc during quests during evening when npc usually get into their house.

That's not what I meant, I know about the private areas and that I can talk to people normally. I mean that I don't recall any other option in dialog other than to *send them far away*, nothing about scaring people. But maybe it's because I haven't done anything to the people in village, only talked to them, Gossip and Bailiff included.

I talked to bailiff and I convinced those bastards to help me and then I tried to speak with fritz and Mathew but there was no option for it(((

Oh, thanks! I didn’t know I had to talk to the grocery merchants to get the idea about rotten eggs.
